Beginning her career as a fine artist and photographer, Carrie drew on her understanding of color theory, history, and lighting to transition to build sets, design graphics, and fabricate props. Carrie believes it takes a jack-of-all-trades type of artist for the job and manage an art department. Being skilled and passionate in the kitchen and prop mastery made it possible to aspire to be a food stylist as well.
